According to the legal regulation of the Senate Nr. 341/2013 Coll., which changes the Act Nr. 137/2006 Coll., about public orders, in the name of latter prescriptions, and the Act Nr. 55/2012 Coll., which changes the Act Nr. 137/2006 Coll., about public orders, in the name of latter prescriptions, many changes occurred in this area since 1.^st January.

The important change is increasement of financial limits at under limited public orders, it means from 1.000.000,- CZK to 2.000.000,- CZK without VAT in the case of public orders for deliveries and for services and from 3.000.000,- CZK to 6.000.000,- CZK without VAT in the case of public orders for constructing works. The public orders of a small range, also the public orders which value does not reach the above set limits, the contracting authority is not obliged to order according to the Act of public orders.

The next change is e.g. the implementing of a new mechanism – a continuing in a repeated order in the case, that just one order was delivered or was left, a change of institute of an advance announcement of a public contracting authority etc.
