A seminar “Procurement in the practice – compact know-how” organised by us and the educational institute topvision was held again on 21/5/2013.

We introduced the seminar participants into problems with contracts, their creation and claims securing as well as into the enforcement of claims under contracts. Concurrently, we spent some time also with the preparation for the new legislation as of 1/1/2014 after the new Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Col.) comes into force. In particular, we highlighted the necessity to adjust the contractual documentation to the new legislation.

Next seminars that are to be organised by us and topvision in the autumn – on 17/9/2013 and 13/11/2013 shall be dedicated fully to the new legislation. In the same way, we hold similar seminars at our clients’ place for their colleagues so that they are prepared for 2014.
