New application form for entry into the cadastre

From the 1^st of January 2013 the application for initiating the proceeding for permitting the entry to the cadastre shall be filed only on the new application form.

The template of the application form is determined in regulation of ČÚZK No. 401/2011 Coll. and is available on the website of cadastre (www.cuzk.cz). There is only one type of the new application form which is the same for all types of entries in the entire territory of the Czech Republic. The application form can be filled in online or the template can be downloaded, and then filled and sent via post mail or delivered personally to the cadastre office. If you fill your email address in the form, the cadastre will send you for free an email about the realization of the entry. Filing the application for the entry of right with the unified application form should lead to the simplification of the whole proceeding, nevertheless, as with any introduced innovation, initial complications are expected.
