For seven years we have been acquainting managing directors of LLCs with risks connected with the performance of their function as well as with their rights and duties in an all-day seminar organized together with the educational institute topvision.

The last seminar was held on 22/5/2013. Beside the usual issues, we discussed substantially also the impact of the new legislation after 1/1/2014 that shall apply with the new Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Col.) and the Act on Business Corporation (Act No. 90/2012 Col.) coming into force to LLCs and their managing directors as well as to other corporations.

In the autumn the seminar shall be held on 12/9/2013 and 28/11/2013. The seminar contents will be changed already so that the participants are prepared fully to the new legislation and know what documentation in their companies is to be amended.
