Labour Law in Practice - Training for top and middle management

18.10.2013

At the beginning of October we arranged for our client training in the labour law, which took place at the client’s workplace in their production plant. The training was in the first session organized for the top management and the second session was intended for the middle management, so that the scope of the training could be structured to meet the specific needs of each of these two managing levels.

When the training is provided on the client’s site, it gives opportunity to discuss particular problems with their actual workplaces, we encourage the client to ask questions any time during the presentation and at the same time, according to our experience, it also may uncover some weaknesses in the internal processes or in the in-house labour documentation.

The client has an opportunity to participate in the drafting the content of the training and to suggest its topics, which the client is the most interested in and which should be preferred during the training.
