We would like to inform you that on 07. March 2014 by numbering already the sixth free legal consultation in Salesians centre in Pilsen, in connection with the provision of PRO BONO services, was held.
This time the people looked up the legal aid interested in legal consultation in civil law and public law. Especially there were asked questions by imposing enrolment of owner’s law in to cadastral office, constructional agreements of loan and giving of financial means etc. The next legal consultation will take place on 04. April 2014.

We would like to inform you that on 07. February 2014 by numbering already the fifth free legal consultation in Salesians centre in Pilsen, in connection with the provision of PRO BONO services, was held.
This time the people looked up the legal aid interested in legal consultation in civil law and administration law. Especially there were asked questions by imposing the gift of real estate properties, input of owner’s law in to cadastral office, functioning of executory procedure, writing up the appeal fulfilling, summer job for young employees etc. The next legal consultation will take place on 07. March 2014.

We would like to inform you that on 10. January 2014 by numbering already the fourth free legal consultation in Salesians centre in Pilsen, in connection with the provision of PRO BONO services, was held.
This time the people looked up the legal aid interested in legal consultation in labour law, civil law and right of heritage. Especially there were asked questions by imposing the agreement to perform work, the material liability of young employees, writing up the last will together with the possibility of its depositing in the notarial safekeeping etc. The next legal consultation will take place on 07. February 2014.

Especially there were asked questions about lodging a penal complaint, compensation for damage, writing up the last will etc. The next legal consultation takes place on 10. January 2014.

This time the people looked up the legal aid interested in legal consultation in civil, family and labour laws. Especially there were asked questions as tenancy by the entirety, termination of the employment relationship etc. The next legal consultation takes place on 6. December 2013.

We would like to inform you that on 04.10.2013 the first free legal consultation in Salesians centre in Pilsen, in connection with the provision of PRO BONO services, was held.
The aim of the consultation is to increase availability of legal services for individuals, for whom it is traditionally difficult to find a legal aid because of the financial reasons. Legal consultation is provided by Ms. Eva Benešová practising in our law firm, once a month in the premises of the Salesian centre.
