Extending of the scope of the financial arbiter activities

The financial arbiter is an out-of-court institution which decides charge less disputes between customers and financial companies. Within an amendment to the Act No 292/2002 Coll., on the Financial Arbiter, which comes into effect on 1 November 2013, there will be extended the scope of the financial arbiter activities.

Newly it will be possible to ask the financial arbiter instead of a court including the solution of the disputes relating to the exchange businesses or disputes from a life insurance, it means disputes coming from its offering, providing and promoting.
