Electronical evidence of sales

From March 1 2017 the scope of Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on the electronical evidence of sales, will be extended to the entire wholesale and retail trade.

Already since 1 December 2016, all restaurants and hotels were obliged to make an electronical evidence of sales. Now all the supermarkets, etc. are added.

The production, crafts and all services are exempted from the obligation to the electronical evidence of sales until 1 March 2018.

The Constitutional Court has not yet taken any decision on the application for annulment of the Act on the Electronical Evidence of Sales.
