The New Civil Code introduces changes in field of deductions from salary. Deduction from salary can be performed only in amount which do not exceed one half of the wage, wage compensation or remuneration from agreement about performance of dependant work.

Also after recodification the employee will be allowed to conclude the agreement about deduction from wage for satisfaction of obligations of third persons (i.e. other person than the employer).  This agreement will every time need an approval of the employer, newly also in case of agreements with matter of alimony payments.

The rights which will arise from the agreements about deduction from wage before the end of this year will be considered according to the actual legal regulation unless the contracting parties do not agree otherwise.
