Change in the method of sending specified forms of Czech Social Security Administration (CSSZ)

On the basis of the amendments of Act No. 187/2006 Coll., on sickness insurance and Act No. 582/1991 Coll., on organisation and operation of social security, employers, self-employed persons, attending doctors and health centres shall file any motion, which is to be filed on a specified form, electronically since 1^st of March 2013.

It will be possible to send some of these specified forms only electronically via e – Podání, and either with recognized electronic signature or to the assigned data box of CSSZ (ID 5ffu6xk). List of these selected specified forms and the required data format of the message is available at www.cssz.cz. CSSZ will not take into account the motions which will not be sent through this specified way. CSSZ is obliged to inform anyone whose motion cannot be taken into account of this fact. CSSZ expects problems concerning to this way of sending and therefore has decided to postpone implementation of the obligatory electronic communication. Specified forms may be sent in writing (in paper version) the whole year 2013.
