Transfers of real estate include consultancy concerning the preparation of property sale/purchase contracts and the drawing up of the contractual documentation at the extent as required by the client, as well as the arrangement of the necessary entries in the Land Register. The package contains the following services:

• The drawing up of a purchase contract or more precisely a reservation agreement or an agreement on future purchase contract
• Safekeeping of the purchase price, as well as its payout including the drawing up of the escrow agreement
• Representation in proceedings before the Land Register Office, or more precisely the preparation of the relevant documentation.

The package does not cover cash expenses – e.g. legal and administrative fees, costs of notarial services, translation - etc.
