Termination of a Lease of an Apartment by a Lessor

According to the Section 2288 Subsection 2 letter a) of the Civil Code, a lessor may terminate a lease for an indefinite period by three months´ notice if the apartment is to be used by the lessor or his spouse who intends to leave the family household and a petition for divorce has been filed or marriage was divorced.

Regulation on European Account Preservation Order

Action before the due date - procedural costs

The Agreement about the Jurisdiction of the Court between the Entrepreneurs

According to the Civil Procedure Code the entrepreneurs who are in a legal relationship arising from their business activities may agree in writing to the local jurisdiction of another court of first instance, i.e. they may conclude a jurisdictional agreement. The exception is the situation when the law provides for exclusive jurisdiction.
