Extended senate of the Supreme Administrative Court made a conclusion in his act from 17^th December 2013, Act-Nr.: 10Afs 76/2013, that the only way how to solve the killing effect of the solar tax is the forgiving of the tax according to the present legal regulation.

The Supreme Administrative Court issued its opinion on posting of an employee – foreigner from countries out of the EU with a valid work permission on business trips and on necessity to obtain a permission for such a trip (decision 1 As 67/2013 as of 22.8.2013).

From 1.1.2014 the employer will newly provide to the employee who has been recognized to be temporarily unfit to work (or on whom a quarantine has been imposed) compensation for salary only for 14 instead of existing 21 calendar days of such unfit to work. The employee will be entitled to sickness benefit paid out by regional social security administration already from the 15^th day of temporarily unfit to work.

Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on business corporations (hereinafter „ABC“) which enters into force on 01.01.2014, imposes new demands on business companies concerning the obligatory publishing of information on their web pages. This obligation affects joint-stock companies and also limited liability companiesif they have their own web pages.
