Energy label - new obligation for real estate owners

On 01.01.2013 the amendment to the law Nr. 406/2000 Coll., about energy economy, which introduced an obligation for owners of some real estate to arrange the certificate of energy demand of the real estate, so called “energy label”, came into force.
